NDIS Assistive Technology Guide: How to Access and Use Your Funding

At AssistiveTechHub, we support all NDIS funding types—Self-Managed, Plan-Managed, and Agency-Managed. Please follow the instructions below based on your NDIS management type:

NDIS Plan Managed

Browse the products you need on AssistiveTechHub.com.au and note down the product names, quantities, and any options (such as size or variant).

Email us at info@carewithus.com.au requesting a quote. Please include the product name.

We’ll email you a formal quote which you can forward to your Plan Manager for approval.

Once approved, your Plan Manager can email written confirmation to info@carewithus.com.au, including the Mandatory Participant Details (listed below).

Tip: You may also pay directly and claim reimbursement through your NDIS Plan. This can often result in quicker processing and delivery.

NDIS Self Managed

If you are a self-managed participant:

Browse and select your desired products on our website.
Email info@carewithus.com.au with your product name.
We will send you the quote, if you are happy with the quote, we will proceed with the invoice for you to pay directly.
Once payment is received, we will dispatch your order and provide a Tax Invoice for your NDIS records and reimbursement claim.

NDIS Agency Managed

If you are Agency-Managed under PACE or PRODA:

PACE: Ensure CARE WITH US PTY LTD is listed as your NDIS provider before proceeding.

Steps:

1. Email us at info@carewithus.com.au with your product request.

2. We will generate a quote and send it to you or your Support Coordinator and Allied Health Practitioner.

3, Once approved, email written confirmation to info@carewithus.com.au to request a service booking, including the Mandatory Participant Details listed below.
