Can I use an electric heat blanket with this bed?

Yes, an electric heat blanket can be used. However, it’s recommended to place a layer, like a bed sheet, between the mattress and the electric blanket. This prevents the mattress’s cooling sensation from the ice-silk fabric from being affected during summer.

Can I use a lay bed valance with a hi-lo bed?

Hi-lo beds have moving parts, such as height adjustment and tilting mechanisms. A lay bed valance can get caught in these mechanisms, which may damage the bed or the valance itself. (See attached picture for reference). Additionally, the bed base has a velvet cover that should be considered when using accessories.

Is this bed compatible with a patient lifter device?

Yes, this bed is compatible with patient lifter devices. The ground clearance required for most patient lifters is between 10 to 15 cm. This bed provides the clearance of 27 cm, making it suitable for all types of patient lifters.

What are the height adjustment options for this bed from the ground?

This bed has six legs and offers adjustable height options ranging from 9 cm to 27 cm. By default, the bed has a ground clearance of 9 cm, but you can raise it to 18 cm or 27 cm. Each leg comes with three blocks, allowing you to customise the height to your preference.
